It comes to John, who runs Kanakku. He answers within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you're asking about your account, write from the email you sign in with.

Download your data

In the app, tap your picture, then Privacy & data, then Download my data. You get one file with everything that's yours.

Delete your account

In the app, tap your picture, then Privacy & data, then Delete my account. It's deleted at once and can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.

If you can't use the app, write to privacy@mykanakku.app from the email you sign in with. We reply within 7 days and help you sign in once and delete it in the app.
